Why Goat Cheese

Our cheese was Awarded "Best Goat Cheese"
in City Weekly's Best of Utah 2009 edition 

Our cheese maker is Jeanette H. Drake, who has a B.S. degree from Utah State University in Foods and Nutrition. She has demonstrated making goat products at the Utah State Fair, in schools, for 4-H Clubs, and for Intermountain Dairy Goat Association Meetings. She recently attended the 17th Annual Cheese Making Short Course at Utah State University presented by the Western Dairy Center. This was a very intensive course in chemistry, microbiology, sensory evaluation and hands-on experience in making cheddar, mozzarella, and feta.

Our cheese is made from the highest quality ingredients available and is a unique product from a unique location. The kinds of cheese presently available are Chevre, Queso Blanco, and Fresh Goat Milk Ricotta. These cheeses are delicious to snack on and will add a unique delicious flavor to many of your favorite recipes, especially Pasta and Salads.
