Fresh Goat Milk Cheese
| Our cheese maker is Jeanette H. Drake, who has
a B.S. degree from Utah State University in Foods and Nutrition. She has
demonstrated making goat products at the Utah State Fair, in schools,
for 4-H Clubs, and for Intermountain Dairy Goat Association Meetings. |

| She recently attended the 17th Annual Cheese
Making Short Course at Utah State University presented by the Western
Dairy Center. This was a very intensive course in chemistry,
microbiology, sensory evaluation and hands-on experience in making
cheddar, mozzarella, and feta. |
