Fresh Goat Milk Cheese

Our cheese maker is Jeanette H. Drake, who has a B.S. degree from Utah State University in Foods and Nutrition. She has demonstrated making goat products at the Utah State Fair, in schools, for 4-H Clubs, and for Intermountain Dairy Goat Association Meetings.

Ricotta Cheese
She recently attended the 17th Annual Cheese Making Short Course at Utah State University presented by the Western Dairy Center. This was a very intensive course in chemistry, microbiology, sensory evaluation and hands-on experience in making cheddar, mozzarella, and feta.
Our cheese is made from the highest quality ingredients available and is a unique product from a unique location. The kinds of cheese presently available are Chevre, Queso Blanco, and Fresh Goat Milk Ricotta.
